Here's the second promo for Ghajini, releasing on Christmas day. More information on the film, and links to all related posts here. We saw Asin Thottumkal in the first trailer, and she really shines through here, as does Aamir Khan. Again, there's also a glimpse of Jiah Khan. The jingle that accompanied the first look will be a rather good song. And the colors and camerawork offer a visual treat!
I hope Udit Narayan has a presence at some point in the soundtrack -- he, like A. R. Rahman (who's providing music to Ghajini), has been behind some of Aamir's biggest hits. More moving forward. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Woooo!!! That's a great trailer. Now after watching it, I can surely say this film is going to rock!
The song is good. Who sang the background "hun...hun...hun..."? Seems like Shaan.
I will watch Aamir in anything. He never disappoints me. I'm sure you know that this movie is inspired by the Hollywood film Momento. I love that movie too! Plus I know that Bollywood is reporting it's a remake of the Tamil version. Can't wait to see Aamir's take on it.
Hi Saurabh: That is a very good trailer, as good if not better than the first! Time will tell about the singer. If it is someone else, it might be Shaan.
Hi Nicki: Aamir's Ghajini is a remake of the Tamil Ghajini, which was inspired by the Hollywood film 'Memento'. Aamir's saying it's the character, not necessarily the plot, that's inspired. Here are his words, from his blog a few days ago:
"Ghajini is not a copy of Memento. The concept of short term memory loss is the same and therefore so is the fact that the character writes things to remember them (on his body, on his walls, on paper etc.). The story and screenplay is totally different. You can hold me to this."
Sure looking forward to it! Thank you both for your comments. Cheers!
She is really quite adorable- I hear she is gaining momentum in Bollywood. And he, while adorable too, reminds me of his "Chand Sifarish"- probably the scarf,I think :)
Hi Shweta: She looks spectacular, and although I haven't seen a movie starring her yet (that I know of), I don't doubt her acting skills must complement her personality.
'Chaand Sifarish' was such a fantastic song, sadly somewhat bittersweet because Aamir's look in the first half of Fanaa was disappointing, I thought. Of course he more than made up with his acting. :)
I'm so looking forward to it!
Love AH! He looks fantastic and the song reminds me of "suraj hua maddham" for some reasons.. but I love this music and song!! :)
Great trailor, I am looking forward to seeing this movie, I have heard so much about this movie....and haven't seen the original either so I will be able to enjoy this movie entirely...with no preconceptions :-)
Hi Reviewer: Thanks for your comment. I haven't seen the original either, nor have I seen Memento, so I think it's best to wait to see them after Aamir's Ghajini :)
The song is sung by Javed Ali (Jashn-e-bahara) ;) N Plzz tell me whn's the music releasing.?
Hi Shahid: Thank you for stopping by. It's a brilliant song with a very catchy tune. The soundtrack was reportedly scheduled to release today, I think it's been pushed back by a few more days, not certain of the exact date. Fingers crossed for the earliest! Do stop by again. Cheers!
Ghajini's music wil release either in the last week of nov or 1st week of dec.!
Its just getting postponed coz Rahman is working on the BGM of yuvvraaj.!
Hi Shahid: I hope it releases soon! I can see how putting the final touches to the background score for Yuvvraaj could take some time, but think this might have something to do with Aamir and his lucky charms, LOL. :)
Finally The Album Is Released,N I Must Say Its Worth The Wait :)
Rahman has done it yet again 5 albums this year al of thm so different...
Long live A.r.r.!!
Hi Shahid: Right on, buddy! So we've been waiting for this one for the longest, and what a compilation it is!
A.R.R. has really stepped up this year and left no doubts in the minds of those who didn't quite trust him before. By *far* the best we have in Bollywood at least, and clearly one of the best in the world.
Cheers!
I did ghajini haircut myself :D
Wow, Shahid! :)
