July 2008 releases

July is finally here! Yay! New regulation for the California roadways mandates hands-free cell phone use while driving, which must be welcomed with open arms. The Unforgettable Tour stops in Los Angeles on the 26th, and something to absolutely look forward to. The month got off to an extraordinarily exciting start with this, and of course, there is an exciting lineup of film releases this month!



Much has been said about Jaane Tu and Love Story 2050. Here is a post encompassing some of my many posts on the former, and here is my music review of the latter.


And while the two films mentioned above have been among the most talked-about films this year, Kismat Konnection (here is its official website) is another film I have quietly been looking forward to. Curious to see Vidya Balan in this (she is among my favorite actresses), in addition to a post-Jab We Met Shahid Kapoor. I do envy Shahid (in a very good way) for having managed to star opposite Kareena and Vidya in back-to-back films! Look out for this on the 18th. More to follow (beginning with its music).
