Abbas Tyrewala's visit, and exciting 10 Ka Dum promos with Aamir Khan

Having seen this interview, I am convinced that Abbas Tyrewala did indeed visit this blog! About 8:00 into the interview, his comment mirrors a comment that he posted about a month ago at this post. It really is a fun and candid interview (entirely in English), in which he also speaks to Bollywood needing both Imran Khan and Harman Baweja to do well in their debut films Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and Love Story 2050 respectively.

Very rarely do I get excited for a TV show. But if there is one upcoming that warrants excitement, it is this:

Funnnn! Two of my favorite actors of all time in Aamir Khan and Salman Khan on 10 Ka Dum. And it features Imran Khan too, of course. :) I do not subscribe to Sony Television (it's a self-imposed control to give some time to life outside of work and Bollywood), so please do share your thoughts on the show and episode!

There is a lot of handsome in that interview.... Makes me a little depressed that I don't get these channels and that I don't speak Hindi fluently (yet).

I keep listening to the JTJN soundtrack, and it just gets better each time.

I'm pleased about Imraan. He seemed very humble, yet comfortable on 10 Ka Dum (for all 1:15 minutes that I saw him).

Queen Dido: Thanks for your comment. As a Lagaaniac (one of the readers suggested the term, it's really cool, na?!), I'd say Chale Chalo with your efforts to speak Hindi fluently! Keep it up, and keep moving forward!

The JTYTN soundtrack has stood the test of time. Any album that finds a home in my car for longer than a month must be very very good! :o)

Agree that it does get better each time (hope you find the lyrics and translation interesting).

Imran does come across as down-to-earth and friendly. Shall be posting another interview very soon. Let's hope his acting lives up to it!

Cheers.

PS: I'm sure all the '80s kids such as myself who grew up watching Salman and Aamir will be looking forward to this episode. Should be fun.

Should be a great show, but I can’t help but get the impression that between the Aamir-Salman revelry, Imran is going to be a third wheel.

And on the topic of stars on game shows, I was just thinking what an awesome (in the full sense of the word) episoide it would be if during the promotion of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Ghajini, both SRK and Aamir came on ‘Dus Ka Dum’ with Salman as the host.

Hi Salek: Agree with you about Imran being overshadowed by Aamir and Salman, but that's only fair :P

Just kidding, of course. It'll only do Imran a whole lot of good with the other two around. Should be interesting.

I truly wonder whether Aamir-Salman-Shah Rukh will ever appear on the same stage. My, can you imagine if they were cast in the same film?! The mere thought is mind-boggling :)

Cheers.

Thank you Salek. Yes, them riding on the bike together should be fun to see after all these years! There's a little preview at this link.
