Song six of seven from the Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na soundtrack is Jaane Tu Mera Kya Hai, the version of the title song with vocals by Runa Rizvi. Noted in this post that I was looking forward to her voice in this, and she delivers!
An interesting word used in this is 'khalish', which means 'pain'. In Urdu poetry, it most often refers to suffering of the heart. One of the more prominent Mirza Ghalib ghazals (Yeh na thi hamari qismat) used this word to beautifully distinguish physical pain from dard-e-dil, i.e. khalish as follows:
Yeh khalish kahaan se hoti jo jigar ke paar hota?; translated as:
How would this suffering exist if [the arrow] were through my heart?
Here are the lyrics I transcribed, and alongside it my attempted translation. Here are posts related to the film, including song lyrics and translations, trailers, interviews, etc.
